A. Latar Belakang
Dalam proses globalisasi ini, masalah kesehatan masyarakat akan semakin kompleks sehingga menuntut peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan. Profesi keperawatan sebagai bagian dari pelayanan kesehatan makin dituntut eksistensinya dalam memberikan pelayanan keperawatan yang lebih modern dan kompleks, untuk itu diperlukan pengetahuan dan keterampilan perawat yang juga semakin tinggi (Hudak dan Gallo, 1997). Keperawatan di Indonesia saat ini masih dalam proses profesionalisasi, yaitu semua pelayanan perawatan yang dilakukan harus sesuai dengan standar asuhan keperawatan (Nursalam, 2001).
Asuhan keperawatan secara profesional diharapkan dapat menghantarkan klien atau pasien mencapai kualitas hidup yang lebih baik. Asuhan keperawatan secara profesional di antaranya diimplementasikan dalam bentuk perawatan luka dengan tujuan untuk mempercepat proses penyembuhan luka. Negara maju telah memiliki forum atau komunitas yang expert dibidang perawatan luka, seperti American Professional Wound Care Association (APWCA), Wound Care Information Network (WCIN), Agency for Health Care Policy and Research (AHCPR), World Wide Wound (WWW), Europan Tissue Repair Society. Di Indonesia baru dimulai ketika bertambahnya perawat yang belajar tentang manajemen luka modern dan mendapat gelar ETN (Enterostomal Therapist Nurse) (Suriadi, 2007). Di Indonesia organisasi profesi keperawatan yang mengkhususkan diri pada bidang perawatan luka adalah Indonesian Enterostomal Therapy Nurse ( InETNA) yang sudah dimulai sejak tahun 1996 dan ditahun 2000 bersamaan dengan terdaftarnya InETNA di World Council of Enterostomal Therapy Nurse. Kelompok peminatan ini baru terbentuk secara legal (Widasari,

INTRODUCTION
A. Background
Expectation of research about social networking is to reveal the influence of social network (facebook) to its users, both positive and negative impacts.
End-the end is a lot first of all the emergency of various social networking sites like febook. This networking sites is very slurped attention of the masses, especially among children and adult.
The development of these social networks every day has increased very rapidly. This was proved by the latest research from comScore and Pingdom, that Indonesia was one state which has a penetration of the world’s largest social networking. Indonesia became the largest country and estimated penetration twitter has third largest number of facebook user around the world.
According to research from Pingdom that uses estimates from the google ad planer, facebook user in Indonesia is currently estimated at 26 million people, under the United States by number of users of 130 million people. And English with a number 28 million people. Indonesia’s position was on Italy, France, India and Germany. These figures are estimates Pingdom because the actual figure is only available on fecebook and not yet published.
But behind all the facebook it really helps its users to exchange opinion, make friends, send messages, gave the assessment against other user. And at its core social networking sites are categorized as inter-activity.
